Meet Our Founders, Lana and Jim Johnson
Lana and Jim have both spent the majority of their careers in the staffing industry. Lana’s 26-year staffing career has been spent at two companies: the Advanced Group and Sterling Engineering. She is a two-time past president of the Illinois Search and Staffing Association, and she also served on the Board of Directors for the American Staffing Association.
Jim was CFO at Advanced for 18 years, including several years as COO of the rapidly growing organization. Prior to Advanced, the majority of his career was in public accounting with Arthur Andersen.
Lana and Jim live in the Chicagoland area with their three kids, who inspire and motivate them, every day.
